LOVE OF GOD
At some point in our lives, most of us embark on a spiritual journey. We seek ways to find greater meaning in life, to relate to others in significant ways, and to connect with God.  Spiritual health is foundational to personal wholeness and unites all the dimensions of wholeness. Whatever one’s path, we believe that each of us is created to be in a relationship with God.

EXERCISE, NUTRITION and REST
Regular physical activity is important for your overall health and well-being. This includes activities that you enjoy and can easily fit into your daily routine—such as walking your dog, working in your garden, or riding your bike. But physical wholeness is about more than physical activity. Active living, eating a healthy diet, and getting adequate rest are all important parts of our journey toward health. WILL, DESIRE and COGNITION
Intellectual wholeness involves engaging the brain in creative and stimulating mental activities to expand knowledge and skills, with the aim of potentially sharing those gifts with others. Intellectual wholeness allows you to explore issues related to problem solving, creativity, and learning, as well as spending more time pursuing personal interests, including reading books, magazines, and newspapers, while keeping abreast of current issues and ideas.

EMOTIONAL OUTLOOK
Human beings are capable of experiencing a wide variety of emotions. Emotions are subjective experiences, often associated with mood, temperament, personality, and disposition. None of these emotions are immoral per se, however, what we do as a result of these emotions can be quite another matter. We should learn to be good stewards of our inner lives.

RELATIONSHIPS
Relationships are vital to our physical, emotional, spiritual, and social health. Sadly, not all relationships are healthy.  A surprising number of good people slide into addictions and other destructive behaviors damage and destroy relationships.  But healthy relationships are at the core of one’s journey toward wholeness as we learn to love, serve and care for others — unconditionally and completely — just as God loves us.

SERVICE
Wholeness is bigger than you.  Wholeness includes the overall concern about the health and prosperity of other peoples and nations.  Humans came to this world in the context of a relationship with their Creator. When we love, serve and care for others, we're fulfilling God's plan for our lives. God wants us to love, serve and care for others — unconditionally and completely — just as God loves us.
